Palak Cutlet


Ingredients:
Spinach 1 cup
Potatoes cooked
Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Onion 1 chopped
Chilies 2 minced
Cilantro
Bread crumbs
Olive oil.
Preparation:
Cook spinach briefly and mash the potatoes
Mix all the ingredients together and shape them in desired way.
Finally now  fry the cutlets in hot oil.
